E-Learning Simulations in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
The Project
The project will begin the development of a portfolio of electronic resources for use in the teaching of negotiation and conflict resolution. These will include interactive simulations that can be used for both in-person and online teaching as well as individual simulations and resources which can be worked through independently. A core feature of the project is the development of instructor guides and analysis tools to help with the facilitation of each simulation and its integration into existing course curricula by professors.
